To the apricot we added fresh mint blended at the end of the cooking process for a fresh jam with an unmistakable aroma. A suggestion for an aperitif with friends? The bruschetta with apricot jam and mint on fresh goat cheese. Very easy to prepare and really tasty, excellent if accompanied with a glass of white wine.
