Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives of the ‘Coratina’ variety harvested by hand and cold-pressed, solely by mechanical means, through slow pressing.

Green in colour with golden yellow highlights, it has an intense fruity aroma and a slightly spicy and bitter taste due to the high presence of polyphenols and antioxidants, associated with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and almond.

Olive oil from the Coratina cultivar, in fact, unlike other edible oils, has a very high concentration of polyphenols, particularly oleuropein, which are very useful in slowing down the ageing process and preventing neurological damage to the body.
