A superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives of the ‘Coratina’ variety harvested by hand, cold-pressed by mechanical means only, through slow pressing. Green in colour with golden yellow highlights, it has an intense fruity aroma, a characteristic spicy and slightly bitter taste for the high presence of polyphenols and antioxidants, associated with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and almond.

The Terra di Bari – Castel del Monte Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) guarantees the exclusively local origin and processing of the olives used, which give the product characteristics and peculiarities that are inimitable outside the confines of the province of Bari and make it the jewel in the crown of a product with a very ancient history.

Opening a bottle and tasting the oil is a sensory experience that takes you to Puglia, in the countryside, among the centuries-old olive trees, with the breeze caressing you as the sun sets on the horizon.
